Scott holds a Diploma of Property, Triennial Certificate, and full Real Estate License. Educated at local schools (City Beach Primary, and Swanbourne High School, where he was a scholarship student, House Captain and Head Boy), he continued on to study a Bachelor of Science and Japanese at UWA and is currently part way through a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at Curtin University.
