Overlooking the Indian Ocean, this architectural design combines a copper exterior, terrazzo concrete, and blackbutt timber flooring, immaculately detailing the modern elevation of the elongated solid wing along the sand dune contours. Elements of nature are timelessly captured in each living space as you descend into and through its open courts and cave-like transparent spaces. The architectural spaces form carefully framed horizontal, picturesque views to amplify the pristine coastal setting.
The gallery-inspired vestibule features a bespoke glass front entrance with artistic wall space, flowing terrazzo concrete and blackbutt timber flooring. Stepping down and looking through to the main living area and kitchen, a sense of peace and serenity is evident, with glimpses of the private aggregate and grassed courtyards and mesmerising views of the pristine coastline.
The exquisite galley-style kitchen features a unique terrazzo concrete island bench with an overhang at each end. Endless storage ideas, a stainless-steel benchtop, splashback, appliances, and quality carpentry complement the beguiling entertaining space.
Large retractable glass doors create a seamless transition between inside and out, with the copper-cladded roofline extending out and across the decking area. The imposing view is timeless, compelling, and irresistible, with additional privacy in the landscape of neighbouring peppermint trees.
