Mount Claremont

Mount Claremont is a lovely suburb which is highly sought after because of its close proximity to the coast, being a short drive to Swanbourne and North Cottesloe and beaches.

The suburb is made up of a variety of sectors including Old Mount Claremont (offering a mix of 1940s/1950s homes on large blocks and grand, contemporary residences, some of which border the Cottesloe Golf Club), St Johns Wood (a housing estate which was developed in the early 1990s), St Peters Square (a high density development consisting of smaller lots) and the more recently developed Zamia Gardens.

The suburb offers a variety of accommodation, from units and apartments to grand character homes and contemporary residences. The highly sought after “heritage precinct” showcases many examples of early 1900s architecture and remains very popular with families.
