THE LOCATION

Perth City has a long flat expense of coastline comparable in length to LA. In it’s 30 or so kilometres of most central beachfront from Fremantle to Hillarys Marina, every single coastal suburb is zoned of a density allowing block sizes as small as 350sqm, apart from one….its most central beachside suburb, City Beach.

City Beach is directly due west from the Heart of Perth City.
